The RY-BT 1.5 is a mobile battery support table intended for the removal and installation of high-voltage traction battery assemblies from electric vehicles. The unit is supplied with interchangeable battery mounting adapters designed to provide secure and stable support for a range of battery pack geometries during service operations.
The table provides adjustment capability along four axes to allow controlled alignment between the battery assembly and vehicle mounting points. This feature compensates for vehicle lift tolerances and minor positional deviations, enabling accurate battery positioning without requiring exact initial alignment.
The maximum rated load capacity of the RYBT 1.5 is 1,500 kg. This capacity is suitable for use in Class IV/VII workshop environments and meets the load requirements for the majority of current production electric vehicle battery systems.
